Seriously…this is how your body work and your fear or hesitation doesn’t exempt you from this reality. Learning to be in alignment with and rewire the neurology of the knee is the fastest way to get your knee relief in the shortest period of time.

The nervous systems involvement is very interesting. After two ACL surgeries I was fine. Full range of motion and extension. About 7 years later and my job changing to where I was on horseback all day, my ROM for both extension and flexion became restricted.

Therapists suggest having flexion restored under anesthesia as the loss is caused by scar tissue. They suggested extension be restored by wearing a brace that day by day increased the tension put on the joint and surrounding structures to get them to stretch and relax to a normal state.

I will definitely think about an one on one session via remote, to better understand what is your method. I’m not gonna lie, I’m not quite sure how can one address the neurophysiological level in order to lessen the tension in the knee, but I’m willing to learn more.
