Exhausted wonder why your knees hurt today and NOT yesterday?
You didn’t apparently didn’t do anything different…or did you?
Now they hurt like HELL!
That always frustrated me to no end!
I mean, if I pushed my knee yesterday and it started to get sore…
At least I know I did something that caused what I’m feeling!
NOT do anything, I wake up, and my knee feel worse?
That just drove me nuts!
No rhyme or reason…JUST PAIN!
It wasn’t until I started looking at some other factors in my life (NOT EXERCISE)
That were contributing to the way my knees felt…
STRESS was the #1 issue!
As I thought about it…(My stress that is)
Stress causes my body to tense to up…
The more tense my body got, the tighter “everything” was squeezing…INCLUDING MY KNEE JOINT!
Which meant less space for the nerves in my knee.
Less space for the nerves, meant more chance of irritation, means more chance of pain.
So I didn’t even have to do shyte the day before, causing me knee to hurt worse today!
Huge lightbulbs went on for me when I came to this understanding.
Lots more solutions flooded in for me to address how my knee felt.
Creating COMFORT in my knee not only made my knee feel better…
It also REDUCED MY STRESS because I could now actually do something about it!
I no longer felt like a victim…
Helpless…Hopeless…Like there was NOTHING I could do!
I realized I hadn’t tried EVERYTHING…
My knees started healing faster…
This thing called COMFORT was some pretty powerful stuff!
Not to be glossed over and looked at very closely…
