Got knee pain on the brain?

Well not so fast there cowboy!

What if that pain can be used for other purposes?

Purposes that you can use to your advantage to make it go away and stay away FOREVER…

The first few years after my surgery all I could think of was getting away from the pain, stiffness, swelling, and discomfort in my knee.

My mind couldn’t think or or focus on anything else…

I was “Knee Pain Obsessed!”

Little did I know how my knee felt was actually my body “talking” to me and letting me know what my knee was needing.

Like, I learned that the “burning red hot poker stabbing” feeling right where my knee bends meant my meniscus was not quite in the right place…


When I had difficulty getting my leg fully extended meant the bones in my leg were “off” a little bit…


When I felt an ache deep in my knee when standing for long periods of time, the lower part of my leg was “twisted” slightly…

The cool part is when I felt where the specific area of pain was in my knee.

I learned how to use this very information that my body had always been giving me in a very different way.

Instead of feeling like a helpless victim pissed off and blaming my doctor and PT for not having a solution for my knee pain.

I began gradually and slowly getting back to my normal life one “Pain-Pattern Interrupt” at a time.

The more I did these the faster and faster the pain went away.

I was teaching my body how to be comfortable again and how to let go of the pain quickly if it returned.

I just had to focus on keeping this new mindset no matter how my knee felt.

Whoa! What a load off of my mind!

I began sleeping better…
I was in a better mood…
I was moving better…
Most of all my entire body was starting to feel better…

Before I knew it, there was only the scar from my surgery to remind me anything ever happened to my knee.

All the hard work of figuring this process out has already been done!
