To Complain or NOT to Complain, that is the question?

There are mainly 2 types of knee pain sufferers I come across:
1.) Those that complain
2.) Those that don’t

Which one is better?

NEITHER…

Let me tell you a little more about each and why.

Those that complain are focusing on the wrong things as much as those that don’t…

Those that complain focus on:
– how long they have been in pain…
– how terrible the pain is…
– the story about how their knees are “bad”
– how they’ve tried EVERYTHING to get their knees out of pain
– how NOTHING has worked
– the stories how the medical model hasn’t helped them
– how their knees are always on their mind
– how immobile their life has become

and then there are…

Those that don’t complain, which focus on:
– how much pain they can deal with
– how their pain is NOT that bad
– how much they can “suck it up and push through the pain”

In both cases the knee pain isn’t getting any better…

BECAUSE

In both cases they focus is on the wrong things…

The first focuses on…

EVERYTHING THAT DOESN’T WORK AND NOT ON WHAT DOES…

The second focuses on…

IGNORING ANY INFORMATION THAT COULD BE USEFUL TO GET THEIR BODY OUT OF PAIN…

The key is to use the information given by your knees and your body to guide to get yourself out of pain.

Kinda like walking through a house with no lights on at night…

Bumping into wall or a coffee table gives you the feedback to go around and find your way to the bathroom…

I’ve developed a program to help you do that very thing!

Bill Parravano (The Knee Pain Guru)

Bill Parravano is “The Knee Pain Guru” and has been called, “the best in the world at eliminating knee pain without drugs, shots or surgery.”

He brings over 26 years of martial art and bodywork experience understanding movement and tensions patterns that lead to physical pain.

Bill believes the nervous system is the key to the body’s healing, and bridges the gap between what we currently know and the infinite possibilities of what we don’t know the body is capable of. Coupled with comfort, this combination creates the shortest distance between a life riddled with pain to a physical life fully mobile and self expressed.

“You can’t think your way out of pain. Pain is not rational and doesn’t care what you think. You must feel your way out of pain through comfort. Through the weeks, months and years of injury and compensation patterns built up in your body limiting your movement and making you feel older than you are.”

His unique ability of identifying the blocks that keep people stuck in pain and skillfully removing them allows for lasting change, and a new reality for his clients…
