I’ve been learning and studying about the knee and the body over the past 18 years.
There’s a lot of sh*t I’ve had to figure out on my own primarily because the answers existed no where else.
I’m going to tell you something and honestly I don’t care if you believe me or not.
The thing that’s keeping most knee pain sufferers in pain is not their knee. The glitch lies their mind and their thoughts.
Take Brad for instance…He purchased, “The Comfort Zone” and had this to say when he was returning the program for a refund…
“If I knew what the stretch was really trying to do other than take the pressure off the nerves and told me if you can find a way to separate it here or get it turned from here to here, it may help.”
Now, I believe Brad is a really really smart dude, but his painful knee doesn’t give a sh*t how smart he is if he can’t feel how to get out of pain. That is ultimately the difference between Brad and someone who will be successful with the program he purchased. So Brad tried the program for a little over a week and then gave up… His mind and thoughts told him to.
That’s cool…no biggie
I gave him his refund however, he’s now banned from purchasing anything else from me.
Nothing against him or anyone else that wants a refund. What I’ve found though is when someone wants a refund there’s not a true commitment on their part to get better.
So like the saying goes here in the south…“Don’t let the door hit you where the good Lord split you!”
I wish him well and hope he finds the answers he’s looking for somewhere else.
