Do you know when to push your knee? Do you know when to take a break? REST DAYS.

Will your knee hurt worse days or weeks after exercising them?
These are great questions and a very real concern that can affect the quality of the rest of your life…There were times after my surgery where I just made the plain old WRONG CHOICE to exercise!I’d by lying on the couch thinking things to myself like

– Your clothes are fitting as well as they used to…
– You’re going to keep gaining weight if you don’t exercise…
– Just get your lazy ass up and do something!

So I caved into that little voice in my head, even though I was afraid to go exercise and knew my knee was going to hurt worse afterwards.

I did it anyways…and…

Man did my knee swell and hurt for days…

The worst part about it was…

I made this stupid choice over and over!

The choice you make…TO PUSH OR NOT TO PUSH.

Will determine whether your knees will get better or get worse…Each and every day!

The more often you make the wrong choice.

The longer it will take your knees to feel better…

IF EVER!
