Well that’s not exactly the quote…

So where does Sloane go from here?

Where does anyone who’s suffering with knee pain go when that’s the best the doctor can come up with after you’ve had surgery?

Pretty bleak out, huh?

Well all hope is not lost…BUTTERCUP! 🙂

You see the doctor has told you the very thing I’ve been telling you all along!

“IT’S NERVE PAIN”

Your body is stuck in the “Pain-Tension Loop”

AND

The more pain you feel the tighter it gets…

That’s just what your body does when it feels pain…NERVE PAIN!

The key to breaking this cycle is to begin creating “Pain-Pattern Interrupts”

…On a consistent and regular basis…

OR

When ever you feel pain…

This “Pain-Pattern Interrupts” are like tools in your tool box to pull out when ever you feel pain…

You do them instead of taking:
– Tylenol, advil, Nuprin or aspirin…

You do them instead of:
– Feeling helpless and hopeless about your knees…
– Feeling embarrassed you can’t do something…

You do them when you’re:
– Thinking about your knee and it hurts…
