How to get Specialized ‘Knee Cap’ Coaching

Margaret brings up a really great point in the email she sent me today…

I appreciate the free newsletter and the tips for eliminating knee pain.

When I tried to pinpoint the pain using the 4 points, I was not able to identify it. However, I clearly have patella pain.  So, why didn’t I detect any when I focused on those points?

Also, when I watched the video that demonstrated how to twist the leg out and in to see the difference, I felt none. I’m at a loss to see how your techniques can help me. Therefore, I’m reaching out for guidance.

Just because you work with knee pain in one area of your knee doesn’t mean it’s going to go away in another area.

Let’s use a car for an example.

If your car starts to shake when you drive 47 mph…

You can go get new tires however, you’re car may still shake the next time you drive it!

So what does that tell us?

Well, we know now, the tires aren’t the issue…
