After surgery, I wanted my knee pain gone…YESTERDAY!

Done!

Over!

Finished!

My knee drove me f*cking crazy!

I cried, I yelled, I raged…

At everything and everyone around me.

I wanted to free myself from this invisible jail cell in my left knee.

The “ball and chain” that was my left leg.

My mind raced for a solution…any solution that would get me moving in the direction back to my normal life!

When I was first introduced to the concept of “Pain-Pattern Interrupts”

It seemed too easy, simple like I wasn’t doing anything.

How could something that made my knee pain go away for just a brief second was going to help me in the long run?

Then I sat down one day and thought for moment how far my kne.

I asked myself some revealing questions:

How did my knee feel last week, month, 3 months ago?

I began to come to the realization my knee was getting better!

What was tripping me up was NOT my knee…

It was my mind! 

My mind was telling me:

consistently
over and over
day in and day out

That I saw the lasting changes.

When I stopped doing the “Pain-Pattern Interrupts” was when I seemed to regress.

It’s stoopid simple!

There’s just two things you gotta to make sure it works.

2. Ya gotta do the work!
