Here’s “How to ask a better question?” [For Your Knees]

I was told by a mentor of mine (Giovanni) back in 2010…

“If you ask better questions, you’ll get better answers.”

At the time his comment pissed me off because I didn’t know what better questions to ask…

He was mentoring me around my business and the question I kept asking was, “Why isn’t my business working?”

To answer that question just gave all the reasons why my business still wasn’t working…

LOL!

And it provided no further insight as to what I needed to correct what was wrong…

Nor did it…

Give my brain anything else to focus on that would point me in the direction to find what would work…

It’s a subtle distinction however made the biggest difference in the world once I got this…

By asking the question, “Why do my knees still hurt?”

May not be getting you any closer to a solution…

A better question would be, “What am I doing that’s causing my knees to hurt?”

Another one might be, “What can I do to get the pressure off of the nerves in my knee causing the pain I’m feeling?”

Notice that these last two questions lead to an answer that will provide a solution..

You can probably come up with a few more…
Bring those to our call next week…

Bill Parravano (The Knee Pain Guru)

Bill Parravano is “The Knee Pain Guru” and has been called, “the best in the world at eliminating knee pain without drugs, shots or surgery.”

He brings over 26 years of martial art and bodywork experience understanding movement and tensions patterns that lead to physical pain.

Bill believes the nervous system is the key to the body’s healing, and bridges the gap between what we currently know and the infinite possibilities of what we don’t know the body is capable of. Coupled with comfort, this combination creates the shortest distance between a life riddled with pain to a physical life fully mobile and self expressed.

“You can’t think your way out of pain. Pain is not rational and doesn’t care what you think. You must feel your way out of pain through comfort. Through the weeks, months and years of injury and compensation patterns built up in your body limiting your movement and making you feel older than you are.”

His unique ability of identifying the blocks that keep people stuck in pain and skillfully removing them allows for lasting change, and a new reality for his clients…
