Do your knees still frustrate you? Does getting your knees back to “normal” seem like an insurmountable task? Feel like no matter what you do the knees are just going to hurt?

Knee pain frustration is a thing!

The reason why is because “first we gots to break it down!”

You see when pain hits…

Everything looks “black and white” through the lens of pain…

You’re either in pain our out of pain…

That’s all that matters
That’s all you look for
That’s all that counts…

In pain or out of pain.

That’s what keeps us stuck in a loop because there’s no option or alternative

At the same time we are fighting the brain looking at Pain/NO Pain!

We need to start asking that same brain questions…

“Ok, so it hurts…”

“When does it hurt? 
Up stairs? 
Down stairs?”
“Bending the leg?”
“When you sleep?”

Then “we gots to break it down even more!”
“Where in the knee does it hurt?”
“The knee cap?”
“Front of the knee?”
“Back of the knee?”
“Inside the knee?”
“Outside the knee?”
“Inside above the knee?”
“Outside below the knee?”

You see all these questions start giving us a better picture of where and when the knee hurts…

This is why “first we gots to break it down!”

So now we got this picture of where/when the knee hurts and now we can apply one of the 11 “Pain-
Pattern Interrupt” stretching techniques to that area of the knee that’s hurting.
That’s why I created the program, “The Comfort Zone”…
