Do you have a Baker’s Cyst? Does it making hiking difficult?

Has the doctor drained it with a needle yet?

Just got off the phone with Mary…

She’s had a Baker’s Cyst going on 8 years now.

It’s golf ball sized and causes pain at the top of her calf.

It makes the knee stiff, hurts to walk and limits range of motion when she hikes

The doctor has drained the cyst once however it came back larger afterwards. He’s telling her that the cyst is being created by the synovial fluid from her knee.

Mary signed up for a 30 minute consultation to speak with me about her knee…

Here’s what Mary found valuable from our conversation:

– Didn’t know it was a lymph node that swells up to create the Baker’s Cyst. She said the doctor didn’t really explain what was going on. – synovial fluid…Doctor’s don’t explain what going on…

– The game plan we developed by the end of the call will give her something she can do for her knee when she goes hiking.

– She just can’t “Stay off the leg” and “Can’t not walk.” The strategy we worked out will allow her to work on the problem and recover into her active lifestyle.

– One of the “Pain-Pattern Interrupts” I gave her will allow her to help her knee AND her tight IT band.

Mary’s schedule is pretty busy over the next 2 months so she chose to work on her own with, “The Comfort Zone” for the time being focusing on the following modules:
– Rotation
– F&B
– Meniscus

When her schedule clears up in a couple of months she’ll see where her knee is at and if she needs more support, we can work together in a group format “Knee Club” or with one of my private coaching program.

“The Comfort Zone,” is where Mary chose to start working on her Baker’s Cyst…

“The Comfort Zone,” is an 11 online video and ebook program specifically designed to relieve the pain in your knees.

This program will teach you how to:

– Never worry about painful doctor needles again, use the rotation, F&B and meniscus modules to watch the Baker’s Cyst shrink on its own.
– Don’t ever tell your friends again you can’t make it, take 10 minutes to relieve the pain and go have fun on that long hike.
– Eliminate the ache when you walk, relieve the knee pressure so you can enjoy the fresh air and new scenery.

We will be going to the rodeo in 2 weeks. She almost doesn’t want to go because of the pain when walking any suggestions? Should she get it drained or shots? She… Read more »
