Achy Knee In The Morning?

Did you wake up to an aching knee this morning?

Did you stay in bed a little longer dreading those first few steps? Lying there planning your day around what your knee’s gonna feel like? (Achy Knee In The Morning)

That sucks!

I ABSOLUTELY HATED those first few steps in the morning.

What probably tortured me as much (if not more) was how the rest of my body felt too…

Sitting at the edge of my bed, legs hanging off, already bracing for how bad the knee was gonna feel when my feet hit the floor.

The crazy part about it was the tension I felt in my whole body…nothing was exempt!

    – Hips and lower back were achy and stiff from my gimped up walk-limp-shuffle to get around…
    – Shoulders and arms fatigued from grabbing onto to chairs, railings and tables for fear of falling…
    – Calves, shins and feet…they were just tense from god knows what…

My body felt like it was in a vice everyday getting cranked one more turn.

Sitting there, I figured…Well, if something in my body was cranking that damn vice tighter. What could I possibly start doing to reverse that process?

I mean if PAIN and TENSION makes my knee worse.

Then what’s the opposite of PAIN and TENSION?

How about COMFORT & RELAXATION? Kinda makes sense doesn’t it?

That’s when the “lights got turned on!”

When I learned how and started creating comfort in my knee everyday, throughout the day…

I just kept doing that and wow what a difference it made.

It took me awhile at the beginning to get the hang of it but then, like everything else, got easier over time.

In a matter of a few months I got really really fricken good at it!

    My knee pain went away…
Worrying about my knee hurting when away…
    I started moving better…
    Feeling better…

That’s what I want for you!

Even more than me wanting this for you…

IT’S WHAT YOU DESERVE!

That’s why I created my eBook and video program, “The Comfort Zone.”

It’s 11 online videos along with an eBook designed on getting you relief in your knees as the primary goal.

This program will show you how to:

    – Begin reclaiming your freedom by using specific “Pain-Pattern Interrupt” stretching techniques which take the pressure off the nerves in the knee and immediately providing relief.

    – Then learn how to relieve the intense pressure on each and every one of the THOUSANDS of pain receptors, in your knee, flooding your knee with comfort.

    – Finally climb out of that pit of pain by working specifically with your comfortable knee range of motion so you can discover your own unique “Position of Comfort.”

Bill Parravano is “The Knee Pain Guru” and has been called, “the best in the world at eliminating knee pain without drugs, shots or surgery.”

He brings over 26 years of martial art and bodywork experience understanding movement and tensions patterns that lead to physical pain.

Bill believes the nervous system is the key to the body’s healing, and bridges the gap between what we currently know and the infinite possibilities of what we don’t know the body is capable of. Coupled with comfort, this combination creates the shortest distance between a life riddled with pain to a physical life fully mobile and self expressed.

“You can’t think your way out of pain. Pain is not rational and doesn’t care what you think. You must feel your way out of pain through comfort. Through the weeks, months and years of injury and compensation patterns built up in your body limiting your movement and making you feel older than you are.”

His unique ability of identifying the blocks that keep people stuck in pain and skillfully removing them allows for lasting change, and a new reality for his clients…
