“Dear Bill, I’m still getting on great with the water and the exercises, from your book, “Stop Your Knee Pain Now!” and “The Virtual Knee Pain Clinic” are definitely making my patella tendonitis improve. In response to your other suggestions regarding diet and stress, I have been reading the Paleo Diet for Athletes and have started experimenting with removing certain types of food from my diet (my sister actually has a food intolerance, so it may run in the family). Will keep you informed as to my progress. I have been doing a little passive stretching from your Virtual Clinic in the mornings along with the deep breathing exercises and I can already feel better in myself for doing so.
