Bruce – Canada:

“Hi Bill: It is going very well. I am 25 years post ACL repair, 8 marathons, 2 half iron mans, and countless other shorter races and tri’s. I am 57 years old. I suffered an acute stabbing pain 4 months ago just while out on a routine run. I was on crutches for a week and a cane for another 2. The MRI showed a torn lateral meniscus. I thought I was in for surgery for sure and so did my GP. The good news was that I couldn’t see my surgeon for 3.5 mos. In that time I rode my bike trainer, swam, did gentle yoga, and did many of the exercises daily on your e-book, “Stop Your Knee Pain Now!” I am doing additional ones now from “The Virtual Knee Pain Clinic.” My knee is doing terrific! My surgeon, who seems absolutely excellent said he feels my MRI diagnosed tear may have been there for years. He did not know what caused my event. He said, keep doing exactly what you are doing and hope for the best. I am now running 30 min and feeling great. I am increasing my distance 10% each week which seems safe. I am using your stuff to keep making my knee better. I am out of pain so everything I am doing is to help it long term so I can do more running and triathlons. Keep the info coming. Thanks for your help. Bruce”
