Bone on Bone Knee Pain Relief

When looking for bone on bone knee pain relief you must come to the realization and acceptance that you have a lot of work ahead of you no matter what you choose.

The choice most people make as a result of waiting too long and not doing anything is some sort of knee replacement surgery be it total or partial. If you think getting the heads of the bones in your legs sawed off, ground down, and replaced with plastic and metal to get bone on bone knee pain relief is a good idea. You should probably stop reading this article now because it will most likely have no value for you.

If you’re on the fence and aren’t sure then watch is video to see if you may want to change your mind.

To be honest watching this video turned my stomach but I’d like to know what I’m getting into first before blindly going into a procedure that will prevent my knees from ever bending past 90 degrees or not allow me to fully squat the rest of my life.

Ok now onto the task of finding you some true bone on bone knee pain relief.

We must first start with a different view of what is going on in your body as well as your knees.

Let’s use the analogy of a car that’s been in an accident. The frame of the car is bent causing the tires to wear unevenly. You can buy cheap tires, expensive tires, new rotors, fill the tires with helium, and even get fancy rims for your car but the fact of the matter is. The frames bent and the tires will wear a certain way and rub on the inside of the wheel wells making the oil light go on and a rubbing noise when you turn the corners to the right.

Let’s think about that for a moment and compare it to our car analogy. The frame is bent and the tires are wearing in the same pattern they have been since the accident. We go to the mechanic with three complains.

  1. The car makes a loud whining noise when it gets past 45mph
  2. Tires are wearing unevenly
  3. The check oil light is on

The mechanic walks around your car and diagnoses what is going on with your car, peeks underneath the car at the tires, then checks underneath the hood. He spends about 5-10 minutes doing this routine and comes back to you with this solution.

Solution 1: For the loud whining noise let’s make sure the radio is at a level 8 out of 10 so you don’t hear the noise.

Solution 2: For the check engine light, I’ll be happy to pull the fuse to the dashboard so that doesn’t come on anymore.

Solution 3: For the tires wearing unevenly I’m suggesting we put in a bigger engine.

Do you think you would let the mechanic work on your car? Probably not…

Would you go to another mechanic? Probably so…

But what if all the other mechanics in town were suggesting the same solution? Then what would you do?

You would know that just any one part of the car without taking the entire car into consideration is just ridiculous.

Knowing what you know about cars you would probably say, “I’d take the car to a body shop and make sure the frame got lined up first.”

This unfortunately is the sad state of affairs with the conventional medical approach to bone on bone knee pain relief today.

To get permanent and lasting bone on bone knee pain relief we must go and “get the car realigned.”

We must first get your body out of pain and then realign your structure if your body is even to begin to give your body the opportunity to begin to heal your knees.

There’s a simple 3 step process that works like a charm as long as you follow the formula correctly.

1.) Physical – First we must get to the source of the pain in the knee. The only reason you experience knee pain is because there’s tiny little nerves the width of an eyelash that are being squeezed sending a signal to your brain that you have knee pain. By creating a slight amount of space and getting the pressure off the nerves in the knee that are being squeezed the bone on bone knee pain relief is immediate and palpable.

2.) Diet – Once we have relief we must begin setting up the conditions in the body so it has the resources it needs to heal and regenerate the damaged cells in the knees. We must add in foods that help the body regenerate itself and reduce inflammation while at the same time eliminating the foods that don’t provide the body the support it needs while also contributing to inflammation in the entire structure.

3.) Mindset – This is a tricky one! We are creatures of habit and if you’ve been suffering with knee pain for months or even years that body get “familiar” with the pain and it now becomes difficult to identify ourself without it. In order to over come this “habit” of pain we must replace our daily life with new habits while resisting the temptation of falling back into the old habits that created the pattern in the body contributing to the bone on bone knee pain.

As you can see getting bone on bone knee pain relief can be quite an undertaking but with the right help and support this can be achieved in a relatively short period of time.

All it takes is the right perspective on what you’re dealing with and commitment on your part to get permanent and long lasting bone on bone knee pain relief.

How does this program work if you don’t have the ‘cushioning’ in your knees anymore? I have been getting Synvisc injections for years and really do not want knee replacement. Yes, I am overweight but no longer can enjoy the things I used to…hiking, walking, stairs, etc. I have also been using essential oils and laser therapy but haven’t been doing it long enough yet to see if it helps. I am tired of taking Advil for the pain just to get through the day. No energy, etc. I am a young 70 years old! How can this help me?

I’ve had bone on bone (per doctors comment) for the past 5 or 6 years and have had to use crutches to get around which is hurting my under arms as I have been on them for over 4 years now. Where would you recommend I start so I can get back walking without pain and crutches? I’m 55 and don’t want to do knee surgery or get shots in my knees.

Thank you

Janine

Honestly this is rubbish. You cannot re grow cartilage. So if what you say is true, you are bone on bone in your knee and you change your mindset and diet you think that knee will suddenly re grow cartilage and all will be ok? No it won’t it will still be bone on bone as nothing changes that situation. Really have you ANY MEDICAL INFO TO BACK THIS UP?

Hi Bill,
My name is Johnny from Northern Ireland. I’m 39 and I’ve had 2 surgeries on my left knee due to a torn meniscus. Now unfortunately the surgeon explained after x rays that my knee is now bone on bone!! Being still relatively young he explained it would be years before I would be eligible for knee replacement surgery. Could you suggest any techniques I could employ as I’m desperate to lessen the pain being endured?
Thanks.
