There are underlying reasons why your knee hurts that don’t seem apparent at first glance. We must look deeper into the body to discover those underlying reasons.

For instance, you can be worried about finances or a relationship in your life.
This mental and emotional strain in your body, causes you to hold tension in your hips and lower back differently while you sleep, sit, stand, walk, and exercise.
As a result, this creates an unnecessary level of tension in your knees contributing to your knee pain.
Louise Hay refers to these underlying reasons why the knee hurts in her book, “You Can Heal Your Life.”
No matter how many prescriptions, painkilling shots or physical therapy sessions will ever address the cause of your knee pain.
Then throw an unnecessary surgery into the mix and you’re going to dig a deeper pit of pain you may never recover from.
