The “Whacky Crazy Way to Eliminate Knee Pain”

RICE Therapy

– You did RICE therapy for a couple of days only to get back up and the knee is right back to hurting all over again.

Have I forgotten anything? Maybe a couple but not many…

…And your probably frustrated as hell you don’t know what to do or where to go for help.

The “Professionals” don’t seem to have your answer…

Your knee is always on your mind and you hate feeling how helpless your knees makes you feel.

Your lack of mobility…
Dependent on others…
Planning your day around your knees…
Having to ask others for help…
The embarrassment of not being able to hide your limp…
Passing on activities because your afraid your knees won’t hold up…
Making you feel older than your years…
I didn’t even mention how it affects your sex life…

What’s it going to be like 5 or 10 years from now?

It’s a pretty awful thought isn’t it?

I’ve heard it all…

YOU’VE TRIED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THIS…

It doesn’t involve prescription drugs, pain killing shots or any any of that other sh*t I listed above…

My pain is when I go to stand or go to sit, when I climb up or down stairs. It is a sharp pain at the knee cap area. I’ve now got a bakers cyst. It’s not painful and it’s only small like a grape size. It’s making me depressed actually.
