Revenge of the Hippie

January 20th, this year, Asheville got really quiet for several days…

I mean SUPER QUIET…

You might be wondering to yourself, “Why did Asheville get so quiet, Bill?”

Before I tell you why…

Asheville is the “Hippie Capital” of the east coast…

On Friday nights downtown you can’t throw a rock without hitting a long haired hippie with dread locks that smells like pachouli…

I’d venture to say there might be more hippies per capita than anywhere else in the U.S. aside from San Francisco…

So on the evening of Thursday January 19th all the hippies piled into their converted veggie oil VW vans, modified school buses and made the 7 hour drive to Washington D.C. to protest the U.S. Presidential Inauguration…

Which meant there were no hippies to be seen in Asheville on Friday…

Now personally, I have no problem with anyone protesting anything as long as it doesn’t infringe on anyone’s life, liberty or property…

But, that’s just me…

I, on the other hand choose to hold my protests differently…

I choose to learn how my words can influence your beliefs about what is possible for eliminating knee pain.

But, that’s just me…

Holding signs and marching in the streets is one thing.

You being able to walk down that same street without limping is quite another…

Here’s to where ever when ever you want to go without thinking about your knees…

Below is a link to my program, “Get Moving Again,” that will get you on the path to walking well…

Bill Parravano (The Knee Pain Guru)

Bill Parravano is “The Knee Pain Guru” and has been called, “the best in the world at eliminating knee pain without drugs, shots or surgery.”

He brings over 26 years of martial art and bodywork experience understanding movement and tensions patterns that lead to physical pain.

Bill believes the nervous system is the key to the body’s healing, and bridges the gap between what we currently know and the infinite possibilities of what we don’t know the body is capable of. Coupled with comfort, this combination creates the shortest distance between a life riddled with pain to a physical life fully mobile and self expressed.

“You can’t think your way out of pain. Pain is not rational and doesn’t care what you think. You must feel your way out of pain through comfort. Through the weeks, months and years of injury and compensation patterns built up in your body limiting your movement and making you feel older than you are.”

His unique ability of identifying the blocks that keep people stuck in pain and skillfully removing them allows for lasting change, and a new reality for his clients…
