Knee Pain With Ivor

Hey Gang,

Ivor is one of my clients that came to me with Knee Pain.  He didn’t have any particular injury he could attribute the Knee Pain to however, his knee hurt none the less.  He is a farmer so physical labor is par for the course.  We have been working for about 4 weeks now and there have been some significant changes in the pain tension, and discomfort he has been feeling in his knees.  Ivor has a couple of young children and his main motivation for coming to see me to get rid of his Knee Pain was to be able to get on the floor and play with them.

One big thing that changed in his body as his Knee Pain began to go away was the feeling of the pain and tension in his lower back that he did not notice before.

This tends to be a common occurence.  As you relieve the pain, tension, and discomfort in one area of the body with only using comfortable body positioning your body begins to become more aware of the pain, tension, or discomfort that it is feeling in other areas of the body.  The best example I can give of this is, “You have to turn the vacuum off to hear the water dripping.”

When you begin to feel this in your body it can be quite profound…

I have also given Ivor some of the exercises that I have put in my E-book –“Stop Your Knee Pain Now!”,  to help support the process we are working on.  He has said that the exercises are challenging however, the marked improvement he has seen with his Knee Pain has been well worth the effort.

I will continue to keep you posted on how things go with Ivor as well.
