I’ve had bilateral hip replacements which were successful. Last week at the YMCA, I went up a steep hill and for two days, my back and legs were painful but not to the degree when I went shopping after the gym, pulled out a shopping cart and felt a sharp pain in my right buttock. Now the pain usually starts off in the front of my right knee (old injury here) and then it starts in my buttock. Has been very debilitating and I have been resting it. Was diagnosed with OA in my L5-S1 spine 20 years ago. Tried… Read more »

Hi
my physio diagnosed the pain in my inner knee as tweaking the meniscus which was a mild ache. He gave me exercises for my knee and hips…today the pain is the worse it has been, like a nerve pain, like severe toothache, throbbing etc Mostly when the knee is bent. I tried what you have said and the pain has eased significantly…strange!!!! I will see how I get on during the day !!
I am a 52 years old male from uk into cycling and running the mountains!!

Hi Bill, my left knee (worde one) rotated more counterclockwise and I felt a little pain on the ‘inner’ side of my knee. Mr right knee rotated the same – with no pain. It actually hrt my fingers and wrists more than anything else! Rgds Beryl

Thank you for the video Bill.
I have received a lot of help from your videos in the Stretching Lounge of the Virtual Clinic.
You are right there showing how the stretches are done, and I find that very helpful.
I found on doing the video above, that going clockwise gave relief from pain.
Thanks,
Patricia

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the video. I have tried it and both my knees move more easily in a clockwise direction. I am quite surprised as I expected them to be different! After doing the exercise my right knee on the outside is more painful. I am finding your information in the Virtual Clinic very helpful – so much to learn and to apply. Thanks for all that you do – I am confident that I shall be completely pain free and able to get back to the things I enjoy.
Regards
Dawn

Hello Bill! as always you have incredible and revealing information…the thing with the nervous system is just mindbogglin´, i´ve started to understand all about the tension patterns and how our body goes into the stressed state…thanks a lot for the education, OH! and i wanted to share with you this story that came up today:

Hope that you can comment on your next podcast about that, it seems too many basketball stars have been diagnosed with that condition (Allen Iverson other one i can remember, saw his career ending too soon):

Have a great weekend Bill!

Dear Adminal Bill LOL What I find mostly attractive and love about you and your giving help from your heart is , the out of the box-thinking , thatIi find ruin and disiturb anyone with pain, anywhere doctors that are singlemindes are only singleminded , because there are closed to help and get a godd wage by the medical compagnies What came to my mind clockwise. it was hurting in my neck, like a sting antoclocwise , the inflamation in my left knee, and what you said about standing on my legs in a worild , giving space to my… Read more »

Hi Bill~I’ve been doing this turning of my leg since I first saw you do it months ago and going counter-clockwise on both my legs really helps. The other great body positioning technique is finding the comfort spot when standing – on the inside or outside of the foot. I’m also trying to drink more water. I still have not begun the Surgery Free Knee Replacement program in earnest, but I have been exercising the the pool every day warm enough to get into the water. And thanks for your encouraging tweets! (ernie3cadie)
