Thru all of my Knee Club programs, we work to UNWIND the dysfunctional patterns causing your knee issues. It’s common for the discomfort/issues to move from one part of the knee to another, or even another body part as we work! This is how your body adapted to the accident, injury, surgery or trauma you experienced. It’s so individualized. That’s why good communication, detailed feedback and regular meetings are crucial for you success. This helps me understand what you are experiencing and what we can do to start relieving it immediately.
Regular Meetings
GROUP COACHING: When you enroll in Knee Club Premium, you’ll have instant access to weekly LIVE group meetings on Zoom, held every Monday at 12:30 PM ET. Each participant has dedicated time to speak with me, share the latest updates on their knee situation, talk about what they noticed from the previous week’s homework. Then we’ll look at the tweaks and adjustments which need to be made to further customize the program and make it more effective for you moving forward. Can’t make one of the calls? Submit your questions either through the member’s online portal or through our Private Facebook Group. Then you can watch the recording of the call at your convenience and see where I provide feedback! Group Coaching is a great option for those more budget conscious and who want to learn from the questions others ask.
PRIVATE COACHING: It’s just like group coaching, but the calls are scheduled around your availability—it’s a private one-on-one session with only you and me on the call. Private Coaching is a great option for people who have a busy schedule and need more individualized time.
PRIVATE, IN PERSON SESSIONS: Do you like an in-person and more hands-on approach, and are in or can travel to the Western North Carolina area? Then book a private session with me. Even if you are in Knee Club, and you are local or traveling through, there are many benefits to working with me in person. I can see you walk and can quickly identify other problem areas in the body connecting to your knee and more. Coming to work with me for several days in a row is also an option!
