“Hey Bill, I’ve been doing the exercises from “Stop Your Knee Pain Now!” everyday and now I’m able to run about 75 yards now with no ill after effects and I haven’t worn an ace bandage for several months! As I move and walk my knees are less and less on my mind. These exercises are really working! I’ve added the “sit back to your heels” last week. I still can’t make it all the way back but I’m pretty close already. Pretty quick progress on this. The steadying with the chairs really helped on this one.
