“Hey Bill, Progress update on my knees: last Saturday I was providing music for the 12 hour relay for life event at Doss High School. It was outside at their 1/4 mile track where participants were walking laps in honor of their cancer victim/survivor loved ones. I decided to trot off and see just how far I could run around the track. You may recall that I’ve been doing your exercises and running on my meadow up to 150 yards or so. Surprisingly, I made it all the way around the track and then did it 2 more times during the night! It seems that my run on the meadow was on a slight uphill grade and had really given me more strength and endurance than apparent. The next day there was no swelling! This is wonderful. My 3 year goal was to run a mile but it looks like this will happen sooner. Thanks and best regards, Nigel”
