    I just won’t accept it…

    I’ve never accepted it…


    Will never accept the fact that there is absolutely no solution…to the problem of knee pain…

No matter how bad it feels…There is always a solution!

It just may not be apparent when the problem presents itself…The solution…I found out came in the form of COMFORT…

“Comfort?” you say…


“How?” you ask…

You see… when you feel pain and focus just on the pain this creates “one” reality.


…when I focus on creating comfort in my knee. This creates an entirely “new” reality for my knee and my body.

I found I could sit down where ever I’m at and take 10 minutes working on creating comfort in my knee to get it feeling a little better.
