“Hi Bill, Keith McNab here, recently bought your e-book, “Stop Your Knee Pain Now!” and am now working through the exercises. My knees already have greater flexibility after only a few days. I drive a couple of hours a day and I load up the car with water and lemon wedges to drink while I drive. Also, on a new diet of fresh salads and grilled fish.
