I got this interesting question from Donna…

Donna writes…

Hi Bill
My name is Donna
I have knee problems and I’d like to known how to live with my knee pain.
Tell me what to do

Well Donna…

Thanks for your question.

I think the conventional medical model already has the answer to your question figure out, “How to live with your knee pain…”

Soooooo…

It’s really not my place to answer that question…

Personally, I believe that is “Setting the bar really really low.”

Like playing the game NOT to lose…

It’s just not my style…

I like setting the bar really HIGH!

And

Even if I don’t achieve that goal…

I’ll still be a h*ll of a lot further along than if I just figure out how to live with pain.

Are you still with me?

I JUST REFUSE TO ACCEPT THAT ANYONE MUST LIVE WITH KNEE PAIN!

So if this sounds more along the lines of what you’d like your knees to feel like and your life to look like…

Then it would probably make a ton of sense for us to have a conversation about your knees…

Here’s a link to my online calendar to choose a time that works for us to chat:

We’ll get to know each other a little, you can tell me about your knee and if I truly believe I have something that can help you, I’ll tell you about it…If not, I’ll give your options and we can still be friends…Ok?

Looking forward to speaking with you.

Regards,

Bill Parravano is “The Knee Pain Guru” and has been called, “the best in the world at eliminating knee pain without drugs, shots or surgery.”

He brings over 26 years of martial art and bodywork experience understanding movement and tensions patterns that lead to physical pain.

Bill believes the nervous system is the key to the body’s healing, and bridges the gap between what we currently know and the infinite possibilities of what we don’t know the body is capable of. Coupled with comfort, this combination creates the shortest distance between a life riddled with pain to a physical life fully mobile and self expressed.

“You can’t think your way out of pain. Pain is not rational and doesn’t care what you think. You must feel your way out of pain through comfort. Through the weeks, months and years of injury and compensation patterns built up in your body limiting your movement and making you feel older than you are.”

His unique ability of identifying the blocks that keep people stuck in pain and skillfully removing them allows for lasting change, and a new reality for his clients…
