I AM Obsessed with Knees!

Call it a character defect or strength…

I get obsessed with learning different about topics in my life…

It started with Judo…

I showed up everyday early to practice and did 500 “Uchicomis” (practice throws)

I traveled to fight at tournaments all around the country…

I sought out teachers to learn from when I traveled…

Then I blew out my knee!

All that time, energy, and effort formerly put into training Judo now had to go somewhere…

I put all of that into studying how to heal my knee…

I studied…

Breathing…
Movement…
Strength Training…
Body Work…
Nutrition…
Hydration…
Psychology…

Everything I found somehow and in someway tied back to the knees.

The more I studied and used myself as a guinea pig…

The better my knees got…

The healthier I got…

After a few years (It’s 19 now!)

I looked around and there’s NO ONE else doing what I’m doing!

NOT EVEN CLOSE…

My obsession turned into a passion for first giving people hope their knees can heal…

and

Then the direction to put all of their frustration and upset about the condition of their knees…
