– The “weak” muscles that need to be strengthened
– The arthritis
– The “bone on bone”
The source of all knee pain is irritation of the nerves in the knee causing the pain.
Get the pressure off of those nerves and the relief is pretty immediate.
Do that over and over everyday, day after day and then POOF!
