This tension reduces the space in your knee joint, irritates the nerves in your knee more causing more pain. The more pain you feel the tighter the knee joint gets causing more pain. I refer to this as the “Pain-Tension Loop”

Key to breaking the cycle of the “Pain-Tension Loop” is to simply get the pressure off of the nerves in the knee that is being irritated causing the pain to begin with.
You get the pressure off of these nerves by creating a tiny bit of space in the joint.
When you get the pressure off of these irritated nerves, the knee immediately feels R-E-L-I-E-F & is C-O-M-F-O-R-T-A-B-L-E
