How can I determine which product is best for me?

If you have questions or are a little hesitant to begin, the best place to start is with a 15 Minute Complimentary Consultation where you can share your knee issues with me and we can figure out 1. If my Knee Club program is a good fit for you, and 2. which program would be a fit for your knee situation.

Do I need a diagnosis first?

Ideally, yes! A diagnosis of your knee by a qualified doctor or healthcare professional will let us know if something in the knee needs attention from the conventional Western medical model to support your healing process.

However, sometimes due to certain financial factors getting a diagnosis may not be feasible and it may be possible one of my Knee Club Programs (or even In-Person Sessions) can improve how the knee feels and performs.

**If something is broken or torn in the knee then the relief felt in the knee will only improve so much. 

Can your program help with my knee pain?

The short answer is YES! There are no contraindications for creating comfort in the knee joint. However, teaching your body to relieve knee pain will vary depending on your willingness to apply the Knee Club Program when your knees hurt. It’s NO SECRET; when you get the pressure off the nerves in your knee causing the pain, you’ll start feeling better.

But what if I don't feel pain in my knees?

This is a great question and points to a deeper understanding of how your nervous system expresses through your body. Some people feel pain in their knees. Your body may experience sensations like tension, tightness, weakness, stiffness, aches, soreness, quick fatigue, or reduced flexibility particularly in your knees. My Knee Club programs are designed to address these symptoms and assist in improving your specific condition.

What if I need knee surgery?

In optimal situations, a surgeon would repair anything broken or torn. Then, you can utilize one of the Knee Club Programs as a supplementary tool to enhance your body’s healing process post surgery. I may be biased when I say my program is one of your strongest tools for complete recovery post-surgery!

What types of services do you offer?

How do I reschedule my call with you?

Communication is key to a good relationship! When your call is scheduled, you’ll receive an automatic email with a link to reschedule or cancel. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of the call, please text me at 828-585-7275. Be sure to give me a few times that do work for you to reschedule!

I can't make this week's Group Coaching Call - how do I submit my feedback/knee issues for the call?

Great question! You can submit your DETAILED feedback in the member’s area, or, if you are on Facebook, make a post in our Private Facebook Group (link is in the member’s area). 

DETAILED FEEDBACK means

  • What specifically got better or worse?
  • What were you doing when this happened?
  • What modules did I assign you
  • How often did you do them?
  • If you felt like it was “too much” please be specific on what part was too much.

What if my knee isn’t responding to the “Knee Club” program?

Ongoing communication is part of the process. If your knee isn’t improving as expected, reach out or bring it to the next Knee Club call. Most issues come down to interpreting your body’s signals accurately or fine-tuning your assignments. When you regularly share where you’re at (such as on our weekly calls, or sending emails in that I answer on a weekly basis), we can recalibrate and keep your progress steady.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Each membership is on a subscription basis that renews monthly. You can cancel the recurring billing at any time and leave the program. Once you cancel, your membership continues to stay active til the end of your billing cycle. No refunds are offered at this time. If you wish to cancel, simply login to your members account and update your status
