There’ll be 6 areas we’ll focus on:
Comfort – We’ll first walk through the 11 unconventional stretches in “The Comfort Zone” program to kick off the weekend to make sure everyone can first recognize and then actively look for comfort (aka relief) in their knee joint.
This part of the weekend is crucial in establishing the distinguishing the nuances of increasing space in the joint, decreasing pain, increasing mobility, and reducing inflammation.
We’ll identify the very source of your knee pain and learn how to reduce the pain with the speed of your body’s reflexes (286 mph)
Hydration – Are you drinking enough water? Is your body absorbing the water that you are drinking? How do you know the difference? We’ll cover this topic to make sure you’re body is properly hydrated and you’re getting the most relief out of “The Comfort Zone” program possible.
Nutrition – Is your knee swollen, sore and inflamed? How about your body? Is your diet contributing to the pain in your knees? We’ll learn the answer to this question as we discover simple strategies to remove foods contributing to knee pain and include foods that reduce swelling and inflammation speeding up your body’s ability to heal itself faster.
Breathing – Do you hold your breath when you feel pain? Most people do…Discover the way to use breathing to relieve pain and stiffness while building a stronger structure as you age.

What are your credentials?
There have been 2 primary area of study I’ve focused on since my knee injury, Ortho-Bionomy® and Systema (The Russian Martial Art)
Ortho-Bionomy® is a soft gentle osteopathically based style of bodywork that functions with the body only in a position of comfort.
With that being said, I’ve completed over 2,500 hours of training through by both the Society of Ortho-Bionomy® International and European Ortho-Bionomy organizations as a practitioner and instructor as well as a comparable number of hours training and teaching through the North American and Russian Systema organizations to qualify as an instructor.
The principles learned from these disciplines over the past 20 years comprise the cornerstone from which I developed The Knee Pain Guru Program.
What if I can’t make the class weekend?

I don’t live near you, can I still be in the program?

What’s the time commitment?
We meet twice per week for short a 20-30 minute briefing in a Private Facebook Group accessible on your home computer, tablet or phone. After you’ll need to spend at least 15 minutes twice per day creating comfort in your knees. More often when your knee hurts.
Is there a commitment to the ongoing support in “Knee Club” after the program ends?
