What are your credentials?

There have been 2 primary areas of study I’ve focused on since my knee injury, Ortho-Bionomy® and Systema (The Russian Martial Art)

Ortho-Bionomy® is a soft gentle osteopathically based style of bodywork that functions with the body only in a position of comfort.
Systema is a Russian Martial Art evolving out of the Russian culture containing a huge healing component focusing on breathing, movement, relaxation, and strengthening the tendon, ligament, and fascia in the body.

With that being said, I’ve completed over 2,500 hours of training through by both the Society of Ortho-Bionomy® International and European Ortho-Bionomy organizations as a practitioner and instructor as well as a comparable number of hours training and teaching through the North American and Russian Systema organizations to qualify as an instructor.

The principles learned from these disciplines over the past 20 years comprise the cornerstone from which I developed The Knee Pain Guru Program.
