“Hi Bill, Thank you for your follow up email. I am finding the videos of the exercises very helpful (in conjunction with the e-book) so far. I am so glad I decided to get the videos as it is much easier for me to follow what I am supposed to do 🙂 I am drinking more water, breathing slower and doing the very basic exercises at this stage. I have been diagnosed with damage/thinning of meniscus/cartilage of my left knee. Since I’ve been following your exercises and other tips I’ve noticed there is less pain, improvement in mobility and able to get up stairs a lot easier. Its like you read my mind! You appear to grasp so much about this, like you wrote the e book in it or something.
I believe that you simply could do with some percent to power the
message house a little bit, however other than that, this is magnificent blog.
A great read. I’ll certainly be back.
